Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Office Representative to join our growing team in Allentown, PA.
If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and achieving sales goals, this is a great opportunity to grow your insurance career with an established GEICO Local Office.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage that fits their needs.
- Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy information.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Organized and comfortable using computer systems.
