Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Allentown, PA. This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right coverage.

What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Follow up with leads and referrals to generate new business.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
- Quote and sell insurance products while providing a great customer experience.
- Answer questions, assist with policy needs, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required (can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate).
- Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working toward goals.
- Organized and comfortable working with computer systems.
- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
